The most horrible service I have ever seen booked a car in a week ahead with other meetings in town for a blueslip advised it would take a couple of hours went to a bank meeting to only receive a call 2 hrs later they hadn't even started as didn't have the information and where leaving for the day and locking our new car up in the garage as i travelled an hr not sure how im going to get home and felt really stressed about the car as it wasnt registered in our name and they where going to keep overnight, I needed to get home Aswell when I tried to express this to them on the phone as I was walking back to the service centre and again in person they just said would need it another day I wasnt driving back or leaving car there so I left, they could have rang the car dealer earlier in the day when I dropped car off , I left and moved on without writing reviews as I didnt feel the need to bad mouth them but they have written reviews on our business when they where never a customer un professional and rude, don't sure anyone would want to leave a new car overnight when they don't know the people, we has already had a car stolen by a detailer which was the most stress guy family has been though
