I've worked for Big Improvements for over 2 years while studying and it has been such a valuable learning experience and rewarding job! The staff and tutors are supportive, friendly and always willing to help out new tutors and students. I worked here several months as a tutor, but had to cut it short due to moving plans. Management and everyone on the team were supportive and great to work with. The hours worked well with my study schedule (uni student) and the work itself is also very rewarding as you see your students improving each week.

I've loved working with Big Improvements as a tutor! Their admin staff are terrific, so attentive and they put so much work into supporting the tutors. The other tutors are also terrific, and you can tell everyone really knows their stuff and all genuinely enjoy working with kids and teens! It's a really flexible workplace, and they have been so accommodating with various health issues of mine. I'll miss it!!

All members of staff are friendly and welcoming to parents and children, and they do a great job making sure that every child feels supported and comfortable so they can learn to the best of their abilities.
