Sea of White

A week before Christmas - our downstairs toilet seat snapped off - forcing my husband to seek out a new toilet seat from several companies - only to be told they are all unique and he needed to have the exact model number and details etc etc - which were absent on our toilet. Compounding this - was the fact that the 2 stores he visited said they didnt stock seats and would have to be ordered in and unlikely to be available before Christmas. I then rang around on Saturday to try and find another option - and spoke to Nic at Sea of White. Nic was very open to try and see if he could provide a solution for me - got me to measure the seat and dimensions - and sent him photos. He felt he might have one that would fit - checked his inventory to confirm measurements and it likely was a fit. He then called his supplier to see if it could be provided as a one off order - and he said they would be able to do this. Nic wasnt available on the Monday when all would be confirmed but another staff member did contact me on Monday and said everything was locked in and we could collect from the distributor. AWESOME customer service - going above an beyond to solve a situation that would have been dire for my family of 16 on Christmas day . Thanks again Nic!!!!!!
