Rob's knowledge of Table Tennis gear is second to none, as is his service. He took the time to learn about my game and recommended a blade and rubbers to match. I was especially impressed with his care and attention to detail shown during the free gluing service. I have continued to use this service and I trust Rob's ability to keep up to date with technology improvements so that I don't have to.

Can’t recommend highly enough, very professional, responsive and prompt service. I bought a 18 mm radak table tennis table and have been playing on it for a couple of days, and the bounce is true and great, which is saying something as it is on a garage floor which is uneven at best. The undercarriage and wheels feel extremely robust and I can move the table around on the uneven garage floor confidently. Free delivery And very reasonable assembly costs, as the table is pre assembled just before delivery and shipped, they have their own truck and deliver in it. Assembly is a 2 man job as the table is heavy because it’s well built (table tennis tables are 80 plus kgs), so for me the $40 assembly service was a no brainer. Ordered on Sunday delivered on Tuesday ( they usually deliver a particular day every week). I play in a club which has 25 mm tables from a big international brand and I cannot honestly tell the difference in quality. Very happy with the purchase. I will definitely visit their store once the current set of rubbers wear out.

This is a fantastic table tennis resource for Melbourne. Great range, prices, and their customer service staff has treated me really nicely on every phone and email interaction.For the one-star reviews complaining that it's not a walk-in store - one should always call ahead before driving any distance for the first time, to check whether a place can be visited. Somebody not doing this doesn't make it a one-star store.
