Very friendly coaches and people and a great facility to train at, as a visitor I was made to feel at home. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town

Did a week of drop in sessions while visiting from perth. Mate and Rudi were very welcoming. Programming was really good with some new stuff that i hadn't done before. Great place!!

Beautiful box with beautiful people. Super quick to reply and respond and are so welcoming for drop ins. Would very much recommend for anyone to drop in or join if they are looking for a supportive and welcoming community to be your fitness whanau.
