Lube Mobile

Paul (M31) was so prompt with coming to my house and getting a diagnosis for my car. Had it up and running in no time.. he also brought to my attention how much the past mechanics had neglected my car to the point where it is unsafe to drive. Paul is definitely my go to guy for all my car needs from now on!! Thank you so much!

Great service and Chris was really nice. Although they weren't able to fix the problem, they dwere really fair and gave me good reccomendations on what to do.

I had my mazda cx7 diagnosed engine light and serviced with Paul (m31) last week. He arrived my house on time and he was also very polite and professional. He explained every question i had and made me understand better with my cx7. I really appreciate his effort and he should be recognised. Highly recommend this man. :)

I had my car towed to some famous auto mechanics and they decided nothing was wrong with my car. Got my car back and the next day it wouldnt start again. I rang lube mobile and paul came in and in less than 20 mins figured out what was wrong with it. He explains it so well for people who have no idea about cars too. Very professional and friendly. It helps that they have afterpay too! Thank you so much for your help paul!

My commodore was booked in yesterday morning for a service and water pump,after an hour the diagnosis was water pump and thermostat replacement,the quote 2200$ plus. After a 2nd opinion the water pump was the only issue and the thermostat was fine,1900$ to replace a thermostat that didn’t have a problem so I would’ve got ripped off if I sent the car to their workshop as they wanted.The 2nd mechanic had my car fixed in 30 mins. The 220 call out fee should be refunded as the mechanic did nothing and gave a completely wrong diagnosis,if he did his job properly my car should’ve been fixed and serviced as per the booking. Will never use nor recommend lube mobile again.

Paul van: M31 came out today to repair the drive belt on my car. He gave absolutely amazing service and was very happy to explain what was going on and the problem with the car. He was very friendly and happy to answer all questions.We are extremely happy with his service and work definitely will be calling him again for further work on our cars.

Poor form, office of lube mobile, I asked for a compression test on a v8 motor, and thoughts of general condition, office lady decided no! before she even understood the request, kept me waiting, and the reinforced her opinion,,, poor form, poor customer relations, waste of time, I would never use them
