What Fitsop means to me....It means family, fun and fitness!A gym that offers amazing workouts. No day is the same and each workout is set to challenge yourself, but also encourage that team environment.Being a 50 year old female I'm not shy to say I've experienced a few physical and mental challenges in my life recently but the support, love and encouragement of our community is just the best. No matter what level of fitness you're at the team are always there to support you....and lets not forget to mention the mental health benefits of a good laugh, sing and dance to liven up a session. Some days it's a struggle to get to gym after a long draining day at work but knowing I'll be a happy person after a workout keeps me driven. No one ever regrets a workout right??I am so proud to be a member of Fitstop Mt Gravatt, We have witnessed, made and shared many new friendships , relationships, marriages and babies and this all makes one big happy and happy family❤

Where do I start…I joined fitstop mount gravatt January 2021. I was so nervous and insecure but I new I needed to make change. When I joined I was 85kg, tired, weak, unfit, always hungry and stretched thin. I decided to join the challenge and I learnt SO much about nutrition, balance and most of all lifestyle and how I can make this work for me and my kids and make it last long term. It’s been such a incredible journey. Not only have I now lost 17kgs I have learnt how to live a balanced lifestyle and have a healthy relationship with food. I’ve gotten stronger and fitter and I have THE most incredible support from frank, larinda and the amazing trainers who go above and beyond, Also the wonderful friendships I have made along the way. This by far has been the best investment I have done for myself and my family!

Friendly staff. The floor isn't big and can feel cramped with a full class.

By far the best group training studio I have ever been a member of! Outstanding coaches and the most supportive community inside the gym! Could not recommend Fitstop Mount Gravatt enough! Do yourself a favor and see what it's all about by coming in for a session on a Saturday (free to the public).

Love the community that's been created here. The trainers are awesome too.Sadly it became too costly for me but loved it otherwise. Will be back when I can!

Started training at this gym 10 months ago and never looked back! Great culture / vibe from the owners to the trainers to the members. Also the crèche is amazing for those with little ones- Must check it out!

Cannot speak higher about the team and facilities at Fitstop Mount Gravatt! Frank and Larinda are AMAZING and really help to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Everyone that I have spoken with is really nice and I thoroughly enjoy my workouts there :)
