Don’t go here for a pedi. I wish I read the reviews before I came. This was the most rushed pedi I have ever had. No attention to detail, no time even to soak your feet in the water and they don’t soak the shellac off, only drill which I'm sure takes a layer of your nail off. I was in and out in 20 mins and will never return. They weren’t busy so can’t use that as an excuse

This is one of the better salons I've been to in Brisbane since I moved here 3 years ago. The staff are friendly and will acknowledge you the minute you walk in. Prices are reasonable I guess for Brisbane in general (Sydney is much cheaper!). Their work can be a hit and miss depending on which technician works on you and how busy they are.Most times they do a fantastic and thorough job, other times they've cut corners and rush so it ends up a poor job. I feel this happens when they are very busy so I would recommend that you avoid coming in at high traffic times (11am-2pm most days) as this does seem to compromise the quality of their work. Not to say that this should be the case anyway, busy or not, we all pay for quality.If you have any issues with your nails, do address it with them. They seem to be understanding and will fix it for you right away. They are quite friendly about it.I would ask for Daisy when it comes to manicures, acrylics, shellac etc. She is no doubt thorough and a perfectionist with nails. Vonney is also lovely and great with that too.They are open on Saturday (though I actively avoid this day as super busy) and Sunday for anyone who is curious, as the google page says they're closed on the weekend.Also worth noting, if you pay in cash, they will discount you 10% off the total price.Overall, I would recommend them based on my experiences.

I got a full set of acrylic nails applied 2 weeks ago. They are still looking amazing, none have fallen off or there are no parts that are starting to lift. I will definitely be returning.q

Felt like my gel Manicure and pedicure was rushed and very unprofessional.My fingernails look like I let a two year old paint them and three days since having them done the gel nail polish is starting to chip and flake off. My daughter's Mani pedi started flaking off the next day and they only did one coat! $150 for poor quality job and service.I won't be back!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I asked them to fix a mistake they made they told me “ you took to long choosing the colour “ I had been waiting for them to come to me. The nails aren’t bad until u look close there’s bubbles, nail polish all over my fingers and just messy all around it.

Staff are rude and talk to each other more then the customers. My pedicure felt very pushy and fast even tho there was only myself and two other people in the store.

i went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and they seemed very rushed. they did not welcome me or acknowledge for at least 15 minutes and just walked past me. they did not take the nails off correctly and cut them which then cut my actual nail and skin causing it to bleed. they offered no apologies and jut kept going. they then pried the nails off in turn ripping the cut nail off causing further bleeding again with no apology. they attempted to glue the nail back together but the glue got in the cut as well as the top coat/nail healer. as i went to pay they refused to take card and made me go get money out. overall a very poorly executed and rushed service. will not be going back

The lady that was doing my nails wasn't giving great customer service.
