I come to this KFC pretty regularly and don't usually have issues with my order.The drive through is terrible and needs to be redone, particularly at peak times like lunch and dinner. There's no need for the drive through to spill out onto the main road and end up with a 5+ car queue blocking the left lane. But hey, at least it's not like Sale McDonalds and their joke of a drive through. KFC gets through the queue quicker than most drive throughs I've used, even with the poor design.With all that said, the food quality is usually better than other KFC locations so I would recommend getting KFC from here if you like fried chicken.

Called into KFC Sale VictoriaIt was a very busy restaurantThe staff were very friendly and welcomingThey pushed the orders out very quicklyThere is room if you would like to dine in or a drive through so you can order from your vehicle or you can go in and order and takeawayI got chicken and chips and it was very tastyWill be back again

Quite average busy. Always check your order before leaving the counter. Driving all the way back to collect just a chip will be quite annoying.

Bit gruby, but the nice girl come around and clean the table.High chair available for bubs and a bown with corn chips coleslaw and zinger bits was yummy.

Ordered our usual family favourites and must say that this outlet made it wonderfully! Usually ordering the same mix of burgers, chicken, and sides allows us to compare across KFC outlets, and there was no faulting Sale. Clean, welcoming, and a very customer focussed outlet.We will visit again on our next trip through Gippsland.

Most outstanding customer service ever from a KFC. The lady who served us yesterday afternoon (29.12.22 between the hours of 3PM - 4.30PM) via drive through with dark hair and tattoo's on her fingers, her connection within a three minute interaction was outstanding, she knew her product and gave suggestions and built an immediate rapport. I hope this feedback reaches her as she is an asset to the KFC team at Sale. Well done. Very impressed.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 different meals and asked for them both to be upside and got to pick and found out only one meal was upside and the other wasn't. Not happy. The chips were cold and the twister tasted funny.I will never go through the drive thru again. Prefer to walk in. At least they get it right inside
