I am just starting my first home build journey and went to Coral homes after seeing many builders. Jason was professional and very helpful. He was prompt and provided insights on how to get on the best possible upgrades and changes I was after. Highly recommend Jason and Coral homes Springfield Rise.I have currently finalized my requirements and paid deposit for getting the contract. Will update my review with my upcoming experiences as well.

Beautiful homes with great inclusions

Great place to go and look at display homes. The staff are willing to help out in any way and answer all of your questions.

Extremely low quality builder and I have experienced numerous issues with CORAL Homes. They missed pouring concrete slab for outdoor area. They have located gas bottles in non compliant location and broke NBN glass fiber. They have painted main entry door with wrong color and brand new house came up with new cracks under eve and a few major issues prior maintenance period( less than 7 months old house). This builder is NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Customer service was pretty good, not all of my questions were answered however. They generally are quite vague about their packages and inclusions.

*** I DO NOT RECOMMEND CORAL HOMES!!! ***ATTENTION 1st home builders. DON'T BE DECEIVED by their charming sellers. The sellers are doing their job which is signing you up to build with Coral Homes. After signing and the end of the cooling period of your contract with them, the reality will hit you. They're too slow and they cut corners. HOME BUILDERS WHO ARE TOO SLACK TO ARRANGE SITE MEETINGS REGULARLY WILL BE CHEATED. Very dodgy home builders. BE VIGILANT THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE BUILDING. Their building projects have stood in many streets as beakon to those who will pay attention. Most of their disadvantaged customers have to sign a waver not to disclose their horrible experiences. I've had friends and aunts and neighbours who have fallen victims. Coral Homes tends to appear cheap compared to other builders. But note that cheap is expensive pending. It's just a matter of time when the things that were cut corners will start costing you. There are better builders out there. Coral Homes is not one of them, at least in my experience, my friends and aunt. I'm peaceful by nature. It takes the extremest of a bad experience to move me to write a negative review. I've got proofs and witnesses to back what I'm saying if I'm required to go into the vivid details. TRUTH IS WOTH TELLING REGARDLESS OF THE COST.Pay a very close attention please if you're following the Coral Homes' reviews. You'll notice that the majority, if not all of the positive reviews are coming from those who were about to build their home with Coral Home, not so much coming from those who have finished building their home with Coral Homes. The reason is simple. After building with Coral Home, you'll realise that all along you've been mistaking the wolf in sheep's clothing as a real sheep. That's why you can see less praising reviews coming from those who have completed building their home Coral Homes. HOW CAN YOU PRAISE THE ONE WHO DID YOU A DODGY WORK AND DELAYED YOU. This is not rocket science. It's common sense. Y'all have got it. Use it. They're wolves in sheepskin.Those of you who will decide to proceed with them, proceed at your own risk. At least I've done my part in warning you: so that you may not decide out of ignorance. It matters to me that I keep my conscience clear. Otherwise it's evil. Not one shoes fits all, of course .
