It's an ok pharmacy, but I wont be travelling to them anymore since I found one closer that I prefer.Make sure you ask them to price match - I found medication at both Chemist Warehouse and Chempro was MUCH cheaper. $10.39 vs $29, in fact. Almost triple the price... that is a significant mark up.Also, if you're using the Amcal app, they will *never* see that you've ordered a script. So you'll need to phone them (unlike other pharmacies who manage their app orders very efficiently).

Prices are generally higher than other chemists, including PBS medicines. Making up for out of hours service and limited retail products on the shelves I guess. Frankly, I will seek out more competitive pricing.

Jessica and Vanessa are amazing. I was running late to the chemist and they stayed open for me to get my script without a hassle. They were so nice despite me making them stay open! Highly recommend

Edit:Thanks for the reply Sonia. But did you speak to your staff before writing this? Clearly not. Get your facts straight BEFORE you comment. Like I said COMMUNICATION!!Chemist had my script on file. I called to ask to fill it and I would be there shortly. They confirmed they had stock. I arrived approximately 40 minutes later to them stating it’s just coming now. I then watched the staff to lie on the floor, climb ladder. Move stock to then approach me 10 minutes later to say they have no stock. Communication and honesty upfront would have been nice…

My 16-year-old daughter dropped in to the pharmacy to get ear drops and was charged $23, the pharmacy across the road charges $10 for the same product. Disappointing that this pharmacy thinks it’s okay to take money from young people when they are happy to price match when asked. Unfortunately, some young people do not yet understand or have the confidence to ask for the product to be price match. This is really taking advantage of our young people or those who are more vulnerable. They did refund $12 when drive back to get the product back to be price matched after purchase.

Always friendly and reliable. Awesome service. Staff always goes the extra mile. I'm always greeted with a smile and if Jessica is working she always remembers my name which amazes me and makes me feel a little special, but all the staff are great, if they don't know the answer to a question they will always try to find a answer for me. Well done guys and girls keep up the good work happy to recommend this pharmacy too everyone.

Really unprofessional. Called the chemist previous night and was told to bring empty box down and could receive an emergency supply of a script. Went the next morning and pharmacist had stepped out but was told by the lady just to wait and they were able to do it. Decided to come back in the afternoon and a different pharmacist said she can’t do it. This was on a public holiday when my usual script was on file with another Chemist. Just found it incredibly unprofessional that they are giving different advice and aren’t on the same page with their policies. Not to mention the waste of time going back there after being told over the phone they were able to do that. Pharmacist was adamant they couldn’t do it, so not sure why they aren’t communicating?!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they always make me feel comfortable when discussing my medical conditions. There is a large range of products and this pharmacy is conveniently located next to the doctor making it easy to fill your script on the way out. Highly recommend!
