We called in unannounced, with our overheating car, our 1 year old in the car seat, so quite a dilemma. He was not only happy to check our car, order the parts, but then wait whilst we put our car seat in his car, then he drove us home 15 minutes away, this all late in the afternoon.Absolutely blown away by Shaun's no fuss approach and the genuine care he showed us. Can't thank him enough for the amazing service.
