Sue runs a wonderful business here. She’s a unique and compassionate person with a real genuine love of music, and it’s apparent how devoted she is to helping children and adults find that same passion. I’ve been going to her shop since I was a little girl to have my strings and bridges tunes, and recently I rented a cello as an adult which was absolutely beautiful to play, they have a fantastic selection. I couldn’t recommend more highly !

Apparently they are rude when they are not busy! I was told: For $20 it's not worth my time to explain this to you". I walked out annoyingly having spent that $20 just to get me through this week's gig whilst I find someone who is willing to help me. Someone entered the empty shop whilst I was there

Not bad, Today I waited for very long as the person in charge was busy chatting with a someone about friends. As my lunch break ran out, I went back to office. My wife called to inform me that I no longer need to buy Gligga violin for my daughter as her friend's child just upgrade to bigger size and will give us her old Gligga. At least I saved $500 :) But this shop seems to have cheapest Gligga violin based on my search.

It's quite nice having a neighbourhood violin shop as good as this one. Twice had strings fixed for my son's violin here. First time I tried to replace them myself. Teacher was polite about it. Second time Cellisimo did it for no charge. I bought a shoulder rest here as well and the staff suggested a second hand one (which was a good choice). Really helpful. Of course it is more than just a violin shop. A good range of books and other stringed instruments.

Bought an HQ Polycarbonate violin case for my daughter today. Sue was incredibly helpful in sourcing the exact colour that my daughter wanted at a great price! For fantastic customer service I would highly recommend Cellisimo!

A live Harry Potter style instrument shop...Sue is very professional and fun, my kid really enjoyed every visit to her shop. If you are after a fine string instrument, you shouldn't miss Cellissimo.

Hiring system is unfair to customer. The cost is not economical at all.Better buy from ebay! I don't recommend at all!
