The absolute worst acrylic nail set I have ever gotten in my life and I'm not even over exaggerating but I honestly wish I was. I did my nails on Thursday and when I got home I realised the nail wasn't even glued onto my nail it was glued onto my skin and I couldn't even go back to fix it because the shop was closed. The nail tech lady glued the acrylic onto my SKIN! I wish I knew her name so I could out her because this is just pathetic. When I went to get my nails done THEIR ATTITUDE! UNBELIEVABLE! they could care less if it was good or not. I got simple white v French tip and each finger had different thickness in coat of white and most weren't even the same (for example each v tip would be longer or shorter than the other nails.) when I went back to fix my nail that was glued to my skin their attitude became 10x worse. sorry but its not my fault you don't know how to do it properly. either do it properly for me and at least act like you want to do my nails our don't at all. unacceptable. EVEN WORSE is the Sunday that came right after I did my nails, TWO MORE NAILS CAME OFF and I hadn't even done anything or carried anything for them to come off. THEY LASTED NOT EVEN THREE DAYS LIKE COME ONN PEOPLE!!! WE PAY MONEY FOR GOOD SERVICE! I WOULD GIVE YOU A 0 REVIEW IF I COULD

For me its very hard to choose a colour but The owner sally is the best i have been to so many places but her techniques are wonderful everyone in pearl nails are so gorgeousI will always come back

I always go to pearl nails as I feel they always do the best job, i always get acrylics or sns tip and every time i’m extremely happy with the results. All staff is very well trained and they all know how to do absolutely any design, they also shape the nails incredibly well and too add to that they have many colour options as well. However they are always very busy so I recommend booking an appointment.

this place was absolutely rude. bad service and terrible nails. new owners went off at me and my mother for asking a question. any nails longer then 2cm cost $10 extra. my nails are hurting and the lady then made 5 nails of bleed from being rough and not caring about the customer. i have one here with my mother for 2 years now never had a problem but the new owners only care about there money not about the service or quality of the nails or customer. i’m appalled and do not recommend coming to this salon ever

So I asked for a nice and simple design on my nails and I just asked for one of the designs on a few nails and then the outcome was horrible and the even cut me while they were drilling my nails. Don't come here if you want beautiful nails.

The worst service you can ever get at this place. The staff are so rude specially the guy (the manager). I scheduled an appointment for a new set and pedicure, I was on time but they made me wait more than an hour and I was so clear I asked for a square shape but I got a rounded edges. So disappointed

Very rude staff, unprofessional to talk to customers. The lady in front almost hit my 6 years old daughter and didn't even say sorry, said do not come here if you don't like. Highly not recommend specific persons, the lady said she's a manager and was extremely rude in front of my kids and other customers. Maybe other manicure staff are good, but I was unlucky to meet that person. Never never come back again, my kids were very upset to see not welcome service. They should change the management.

Worst service I have ever received, coming from a person that’s been to MANY nail salons. Bad results, bad communication, impatient and rude staff and I got scammed!- Worker cut my finger while shaping my nail and kept on pressing on it when I asked her to be gentle- Nail shapes were uneven, asked her to fix it but she refused- Nail polish ran out, she refused to change it + tried to convince me that it was just clear when in reality there was no product- When she realised the polish ran out, she made me change my colour and I hated it- She smudged my nail, refused to fix it- Mind you, every time I would ask her to fix something, she would get mad as if it was my mistakeThen here’s what really threw me off- I asked for the price over the phone AND a few times in person and it was the same, until I went to pay - the total was 20 dollars more than what it was supposed to cost- The worker started speaking to me in a rude and loud tone when I tried to negotiate and threatened to call security, I ended up paying against my willI don’t recommend at all and I am never returning.

The staff, service and pricing here is excellent. I get my nails done here all the time and they always last 3-4 weeks before I have to get infill or removal done. Easy 5 stars

I am so disappointed with the service of this place. I got a manicure and two days later my nail fell off I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. I went back to get it fixed and they had the audacity to say they were going to get me to pay for it to fix it. It wasn't my fault. Then within a week my nail feel off and today another one fell off. From my experience SNS is meant to last at least 3 weeks before any damage to the nail. I stopped coming to pearl nail because of the bad service I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I have decided I will never come back here again.
