Origin Kebabs Strathpine

We got a large snack box. It was delicious and easily fed 2 people. Will definitely return here. Service from the staff was also excellent

Got a kebab there a while back. It was reasonable. Anyway after ordering a large kebab, was given the card so after 10 kebabs you get one free. Anyway after reaching that , I expected the one I ordered then to be free, was informed no sorry that's only when you order a regular size. Wouldn't even let me pay just for the difference.

I love a great kebab and have generally found the food here to be fresh & tasty, however I have serious concerns about their safe food handling practices. They use one gloved hand to assist in preparing the kebab, along with tongs and the other non gloved hand. The problem arises when they then take payment for food at register handling money, cards etc with (that same)gloved hand, then proceed to next customer & food preparation with dirty glove. They generally attempt to take payment with non gloved hand, but inevitably, after observing customers while waiting, the gloved hand, handles notes, coins/change etc.I have discreetly requested a glove change pointing this out on a few occasions now, being met with differing reactions of changing the glove, with & without attitude & once where I was ignored. I have only observed two staff handling food/ money in this manner.( I have always been very observant in the preparation of my kebab, but can't be certain when the glove was last changed). I believe I have been respectful in raising my concern & would like to see this rectified asap as I have previously enjoyed these kebabs.Meanwhile, watch the glove!

Food was well made, plenty of ingredients, literally busted the packaging but it's only a bad thing if you're taking it home.Fresh, filling and well put together.Great job. Money will spent.

The girl with the headscarf is super friendly omg. I asked for the basic ketchup and Mayo but she instead recommended me the garlic yogurt, hot chilli and abit of bbq sauce (the holy trinity!!) and wow it was amazing. I no longer have childish tastebuds LMAO. But that being said, love the service and the food. Healthier than KFC and maccas for suree and tastier.

Nice kebab but I felt the service was pretty ordinary. The lady never looked at me she looked past me. A smile may have helped. I felt like I was being a hindrance.The young girl working seemed friendly but she was serving someone else.

People in the reviews complaining about kebab being soggy but I personally LOVE IT. It’s soggy with the sauce and oil from the meat.. if you like it less soggy all you have to do is ask for LESS SAUCE. But I LOVE EXTRA SAUCE!! at the top it’s crunchy and towards the bottom it goes softer and I love it lol. But the staff are super friendly and I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months (since I started working at the centre) and everything has been so delicious. I alternate between the kebabs or snack packs and can’t decide what’s my fave lol.

Since the new manager took over in the last few months, everything has been amazing. I work at stratphine centre and origin kebabs is always my lunch time go to. The staff are super friendly and the food never disappoints. Especially their snack packs!!!!!!!! So good.
