Always had a great experience at Novo Craigieburn! The staff are lovely and really helpful, and I more often than not pick up a bargain! ☺️

The customer service is so bad, the girl was so rude to us.

The worst costumer service EVERRRRRRRR!!!

Exchanged a pair of shoes on the same day, a new pair was put on hold for me over the phone and the girls were lovely to deal with.

I purchased a pair of boots on the 24th of May, 2022. I did not wear them immediately. Both the heels are pretty much broken in half, I nearly killed myself. I took them back to Craigieburn, where I purchased these just under $100 boots, to be told nothing can be done and to contact head office. I got in touch with HO to be told to send them photos. Their reply was,nothing can be done as their is wear and tear and nothing wrong with the heel. I messaged back, telling them, how can they tell by the picture? Absolutely disquieting behaviour. .

I LOVE NOVO shoes and have always been a dear customer. This is not for the shoes because their products are amazing but the staff (girl) at craigieburn central.I bought this pair of sandals from the Novo south wharf and went home to realise that it didn’t match my bag. Then I wanted to exchange it so I came to this store at craigieburn central. She said they cannot accept exchange without a box. I said I didn’t get the box from south wharf and if their policy is no exchanges without a box- it should have been said at that point.However my issue is HOW this girl responded!The girl who was working at 3.30 pm Sunday (18th November 2018) said that “I COULDN’T EXCHANGE IT IN ANY STORE.”She was blunt and said “EVEN IF I GO TO THE SOUTH WHARF THEY WILL SAY THE SAME THING! “ I contacted south wharf store at the next minute and they said that I can exchange at their store.*Can’t she have the courtesy to say I’m sorry I should have checked if it’s not at all possible to exchange before disappointing the customer by bluntly saying no you can’t exchange 10 times!? * Very disappointed for treating a regular customer like that.She didn’t say sorry EVEN ONCE. I understand it can be the craigieburn central novo policy but her attitude was unbelievable!

Such a roud girls for service was stand today at the craigieburn shop she didn't wont to change and she just speak with me in a high voice in front of the customer i just left the shose for her and i did not get back my money was very bad she is not suitable for the customer service.

They have such bad customer service that even if you like something you won’t feel like buying..they are not worth visiting…Girls need to learn some customer service skills…
