ACE Audiology - Hearing Aids & Hearing Tests - Bulleen

Ace audiology were absolutely fantastic. They helped me out at a moments notice on a Saturday only to willing to sort out my dilemma. Jonathan and Dr Galt were very professional and answered my every question. I would recommend them to everyone requiring hearing advice.

I walked in with blocked ears wondering Who Is John Galt? And after 20 minutes I could hear again. Definitely worth the train ride over. A+.

My father had recently purchased a hearing aid from Specsavers Doncaster Victoria, through the government rebate and was out of pocket $1,000.There were nothing but problems with the unit, and after the sale was made they did not want to know.Anyhow, we made contact with a business called Ace Audiology in Bulleen, and from the initial phone call to make some enquiries and a booking, the service was so refreshing.We attended our booking and met with Dr Yazdenah Galt.What a delightful individual.She spent 1.5 hours in this consultation, and came up with a more suitable solution for my father and a new hearing aid.Today we attended her practice to collect the new hearing aid.Following some adjustments to suit my fathers’ needs, I took him outside into the main area of the shopping Centre, only to see him smile like a baby that heard sound for the first time.Thank you Doctor, you have changed my fathers’ quality of life, we cannot thank you enough.I thoroughly recommend Ace Audiology, Dr Yazdenah Galt and her team to anyone with hearing issues.She is a delight, very patient and highly knowledgeable in her field.You will not be disappointedAngelo M

First visit and was very pleased with the level of professionalism and service from Jonathon. I went to get my hearing tested as I play in a loud rock band and work in a loud environment. Jonathon was thorough and the results were explained to me in a way that made complete sense. I received great care & advice from Jonathan today at the Ivanhoe Clinic. I went to my appointment today with a very sore blocked ear & came away feeling great relief after the treatment provided & can hear clearly in that ear now. Very impressed with the professional standards & care at this clinic.

Worst and unprofessional practitioner , Went for a simple ear wax removal instead got tinnitus because of negligence. Just avoid them.Will challenge them legally.

The lady I saw, was so professional and impartial in her advice and recommendations. My hearing aids were repaired and tuned, and now work better than ever! Several audiology centres I’d called earlier weren’t interested unless they were the original supplier, or tried to sell me their own aids, but Ace listen to the customer and don’t try the “hard sell”. If any family or friends ever need hearing services, I will not hesitate to point them in Ace’s direction.One year on from their above review, and I have bought new Bernafon hearing aids through Ace Audiology.Once again, a great price, excellent service, product knowledge and I am a happy customer!
