Great store (NOT). Called them today and got a very weird reaction. I called them to buy a detector but the lady just hung-up on me the first time I asked whether they sell that brand of products. Went back to my computer to check again the details and tried again. This time she just hung-up upon hearing my voice! Not sure what is their purpose.

Great customer service, have rang Steve on 2 occasions in the past and also had some correspondence via email in relation to alarm issues and or repairs .On every occasion Steve always gave me his time to answer my queries and solve my problems.I have never brought anything from this store nor has that question ever been asked of me.The customer service is free and knowledgeable,rarity these days.GREAT WORK" I will shop here in future when the opportunity arises."

Purchased a Hill’s Security ComNav from the online store. Delivery was prompt. Steve and team was very helpful with the initial product enquires/specifications and also were very generous with time on phone with after sales / technical support explaining some of the tricks with programming it. Can’t recommend highly enough!
