STAY AWAY!! THEY RUINED MULTIPLE DESIGNER OUTFITS!! SEE PHOTOS!! One being a new Carla Zampatti dress that, like the others, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR!!! I physically dropped the dress off to Carla Zampatti’s CBD office where they looked at it and agreed it was the dry cleaners error so personally called Wash on the Rocks to settle this. The team from Carla Zampatti said they had never been spoken to so rudely and advised me NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN. I AM SURE THEY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS EVER!!All ‘good’ reviews for this business are because they offer a discount on your next wash if you show a good review you posted. I know because they offered this!!

Perfect laundry service when travelling through Sydney. Called in the morning and got same day pickup from the hotel front desk. When we returned back for the night, the laundry was done and folded.

Great service. Dropped clothes off at 11:00 and they had them back at my hotel by 6:00 smelling great and neatly folded. Very reliable and professional. Thanks Wash on the Rocks!

I always get my laundry done here while visiting Sydney. Consistent price, service, and quality.They will even pickup and drop-off to your hotel. It's nice to come back to your room and have your clean laundry waiting for you.

My partner and I are traveling for two weeks in Sydney, and Wash on the Rocks made it so easy to get our laundry done in the middle of our trip. We had three loads, which probably would have bankrupted us if we had our hotel wash them. But Wash on the Rocks had very reasonable pricing. The man at the front counter double checked with us whether certain clothing items were okay to be washed and dried in the machine, and then Wash on the Rocks delivered all three loads neatly folded back to our hotel. Everything was stain free, smelling nice, and nothing shrunk :) I would happily recommend their laundry service to any Sydney area tourist.

Am a new customer to Wash on The Rocks however I am incredibly impressed by their customer service, quality & speed. I work locally in the area, dropped my item off in the morning and it was ready for pick up by mid afternoon. Was nervous to trust a new place with expensive garments, however they took great care and interest. The staff are so incredibly kind and make an effort to acknowledge their customers. Massive hats off to this company! I'll be back!

Respond to “Wash on the rocks” comment on my last review of MY BALENCIAGA T-SHIRT WAS LOST.To Wash on the rocks team,Firstly, I have never said that my Balenciaga was purchased for $900, I’m saying the value of this shirt is now goes up to $900 from the time I purchased it at $500 since 2018, and across this time I barely wore it not up to 2 times (already point out in our email conversation). I mentioned that I wish to get the refund of value at when I purchased it. For anyone previously and currently having any luxury items, I believe you all know how it worth overtime, if not, it still high value items for yourself. And to highlight again, I did NOT asked for compensation at $900 (you can read our email again) and I accepted the refund of $179 based on the Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia policy as I have no other choice.Secondly, you said that “I insult you” in your response which is INCORRECT. In my last review (I have not edited), I said I UNSURE IF the t-shirt was lost of IF has been stolen. To correct, I believe it is my right to suspect and I DID NOT pinpoint or confirm it was stolen by your staff.Thirdly, in regard to proof of having dropped the Balenciaga t-shirt, I admit that I did not take any picture when dropping off my item as I never thought it will lost. When you asked whether LV t-shirt is mine or not, I clearly confirmed that it is not mine. What is the point for me to take someone else item when it is actually not mine? Furthermore, as for our investigation purpose, I did suggest you to check your cameras if any mistake happen and you said that cameras are not available in your premises. So my question is what proof and on what evidence can prove the T-shirt was lost by mistaken or by stolen? As same as you, hardly for me to trust the situation without proven from your side.Fourthly, you had transferred my review INCORRECTLY when saying “many lost designer garments”. I would like to copy my words from my last review (I have not edited) of what I said “many people have had the same bad experience (lost valuable item) and left reviews here”. To proof this is true or not, anyone read this review can sort by lowest review to check.In conclusion, I believe this is my right to write a review about my own experience and express my disappointment with your service. I totally understand what you’re saying in your response is to protect your business reputation as well as your staff members. However, there is no reason for me to lie about this and spend time write such a long review of unreal story just to affect your business.To anyone read my review, it is your authority to trust or not believe on my review. I’m just trying to warning you all if you have expensive items and plan to go for dry clean at this store. READ CAREFULLY THEIR POLICY as the MAX compensation for loss or damage is 5 x the cleaning cost or based on Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia policy. And if it lost, your items hardly return to you as their policy DO NOT PROTECT customer other than paying you back 5 times the cleaning cost.

We wanted to find a laundry during our 9 night stay in Sydney & we chose Wash on The Rocks.We took the $20 Wash & Fold Service & because we had 2 bags they picked the items up at our hotel & returned about 7 hours later for the extra cost of $16.By taking the pick up & delivery option it saved us at least 45 minutes in each direction as well as quite a few dollarsWe were extremely happy with their service & doubt you could find anything better in the Sydney City area for us holiday makers.Remember we took the Wash & Fold version but if you want any extra service then there is an additional cost

Dropped off a load and it was returned after the cleaning with numerous grease stains all over the clothes. Ruined a few nice button downs and shirts. Contacted the owner for a refund (at the minumum) but did not receive a response.
