What a beautiful space to be in,to practice yoga. The style of Japanese Yoga, doing yoga for the seasons and working on organs for that season resonates with me and I have certainly felt the benefits of it. I also love the Yin class that helps me centre and be mindful

I have been attending Beth's classes for some time now and am always impressed by the level of personal attention she gives each and every person in the class, regardless of how many people are in attendance. I have had quite a few injuries (hip and neck) and this style of yoga is both safe and helpful. I am so excited about this beautiful new space she has created, it has such a great feel to it. I went to class this morning tired, stressed and with a headache and came out an hour later, relaxed and refreshed- what more can you ask for from a yoga studio?
