Great staff who helped us through a difficult time with our beloved dog. All the staff were amazing and supportive.

I am so grateful for all the staff at this Vet clinic. I had an emergency with my 2 day old puppy, I rushed to the vet. I’d never been to this clinic before and didn’t have an appointment. The reception staff were so friendly and so understanding. The vets were very thorough and gentle and took the time to explain everything. So pleased with the treatment we received. Thank you to everyone who worked at the clinic yesterday. You were all amazing and little Pup is doing well! Thanks for your care, love and treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back :)

The best vet and the service you get is amazing. Last year we said goodbye to our dog benji we had to put him down. I recommend this vet for any of your pets. Thankyou for your service and I will be back with a pet soon. Xx

Even though Gus Gus was “just a Guinea pig” he was a very special Guinea pig who would sit on my daughter’s desk, while she was studying and nibble his food. He would also comfort her when nights were rough. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and sympathy, even to the extent of receiving a card from the client in the post, the same day Gus Gus’ ashes came home. The outcome likely would have been the same for my dog but his last weeks would have been a better quality of life if they'd shown more urgency. Took him in for a limp, they put it down to him getting older and gave us some metacam. Limp didn't go away took him in again a week later. I knew in my gut something was really wrong but the vet didn't seem concerned. More metacam see how he goes. He wasn't getting I called up to book him in for an X ray 2 week wait... He wasn't getting better we called up asking if we could get him in earlier thankfully we were able too. Got the X rays they were not sure what was on there wanted to send them to a specialist. After almost another 2 weeks and us following up with calls we were told to go see the specialist for a cortisone injection. The excitement of my dog getting back to his old self again lasted all of 5 minutes as that's how long the specialist took diagnose him with bone cancer... He'd lost 7.5 kilos from his yearly check up just 5 months earlier but the Brimbank vets didn't seem to notice this or didn't mention it. I paid for the CT scan as I had to be 100% sure my guy wasn't even a candidate for amputation as the cancer had spread to lymphnodes. By the end of that week we'd said good bye to our boy. His last weeks were so much more painful for him than they needed to be.

Took my baby to them today for checkup. The staff was really friendly. Excellent service. Consider going there whenever needed.

We have used Brimbank Vet since we first got our dog Keeley and have always found them to be prompt and friendly. Recently Keeley was very unwell and we ended up with more questions than answers but they referred us to Advanced Pet Care who were able to support us through the next steps. Thank you Scout for your help with Keeley! Sadly we lost our beautiful girl, but we thank you for the lovely card that was sent to our family.

1 visit and wow, highly impressed. Everyone there is knowledgeable, very friendly, very professional and pup didn't even know he had his shots. Definently glad to have found this clinic, will be my regular for both pup and the catEdit: go woke, go broke. Someone making comment about the hard to understand, very heavy asian accent and didn't do their job is NOT RACIST! No one listens in this place
