Lots of parking and the tickets are pretty cheap compared to other hoyts cinema. They seats are dirty with popcorn also sticky , staff dont clean it properly.

Great set up.I feel for owners.Such a huge investment but not many people in the halls. Expansion of food choices, multicultural movies and live telecast of sports events may help....Subscription with minor charges is also recommended.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Cinemas are clean and comfy. No recliners, which is fine.Tickets are relatively cheap while Candy Bar a bit on the pricey side.

Ample parking, situated outside the Arndale shopping complex.The cinnabar has enough variety, the staff are nice, premises are kept clean. The cinema seats aren’t reclining though like the other bigger Hoyts locations.

Had a great night out at your theatre tonight. The popcorn was fresh and tasty, the cinema was lovely and clean and the customer service from Lewis was outstanding. Loved the extreme sized screen, thanks for a fun night!

Great parking, but once inside takes for ever to get served. 1 poor person serving. 15 people waiting in line, eventually someone came to help but showed no interest .have to wait.

Theatre was littered with popcorn when we arrived. When the movie ended my Earring fell on the ground and I had to feel around in the semi lit area to find it. It was disgusting to be touching popcorn, nuts and other rubbish. So revolting!

We came for a movie on a very hot day. No proper AC inside. Felt like we are inside an oven. Couldn't able to enjoy the movie due to sweating. Other than there is nothing to complain about.Thank you

Great complex. Good size cinemas. b max is fab. Nice and clean. Be good if they change the seats to be the same as Hoyts cinemas in Sydney.

The service was great the movie was great. But the bathrooms were very dirty toilet paper all over the floor and 3 had no paper in them. The seats in the theatre were push forward that bad you couldn't seat in them. After years of being closed you would of thought at least the seat that people seat on for comfort would of been fixed. Very disappointing
