We started our small extension with MM Built Group in August 2020, and it's still incomplete. We've found the experience extremely traumatic – from the lack of project management and professionalism to the poor quality of the build – and regret signing a contract with them. Didn't undertake a build with the company, but the staff were easy to deal with and provided lots of information. Appreciated having access to onsite and operations team - especially the MD Matt.
