We recently had a heat pump hot water system replaced by C&RC and found their service all round to be EXEMPLARY. The timely and courteous communication during the installation and follow-up invoicing/payment was by far the best we have experienced in Burnie. It was so refreshing to find a service company that respects its customers. Too often these days, tradesmen fail to return enquiry calls and never keep their delivery promises. In Commercial and Rural’s case, the exact opposite occurred.We also pass on our thanks to the company management for instilling the “customer comes first” philosophy with all the staff. I Have been dealing with commercial and rural for over 20 years and have purchased a number of fujitsu heatpumps during that time .I have always found the service second to none and would not hesitate in recommending both the service and the products purchased .in fact my very first fujitsu heat pump had lasted over 20years until last week . now replaced with new model and extremely happy.
