pointless Medical Centre, atrocious service always have to wait 20 minutes +, even though you make an appointment.they do not care about your health

Terrible Drs and zero care. My 2 month old grandson was stripped in the carpark on a freezing winters day as the Drs are too scared to bring patients inside.... SERIOUSLY, call yourself Drs !My daughter was then misdiagnosed and suffered a terrible bout of tonsillitis, Can't really see down someones throat when you are to scared to get within 1.5m of your patients even out in the fresh freezing air of the carpark. Disgraceful.

I am happy to say that I see Dr Sheila Lorenzo and I am a patient that has been seeing her for some time however when I have had to see any of the other doctors if she is unavailable they have been very friendly and so willing to help me or my 90 year old Dad.

We have been fortunate to have had their doctors care for our family throughout all these years. Just can't thank them enough.Definitely highly recommended.

Go somewhere else if you want to see a doctor who understands English. Massive communication issues with the doctor at the medical centre they cannot understand English. Dural medical centre on Old Northern Road bulk bills everyone no matter if you’re working or not & the doctors are exceptional! Super large waiting room the nurse is always there I had an ECG there saved me paying big bucks to see a specialist! AVOID GLENORIE MEDICAL CENTRE

Great team of doctors who all so caring and provide great care. They explained everything to me and gave me all my options for treatment. It’s nice to have doctors in the area that actually take their time to care for us instead of just rushing people in and out. Well worth the small fee to see them!

I’ve been a patient at Glenorie MC for close on 20 years now. The doctors have always been great but just wanted to comment particularly on a new service they have. I've had a couple of minor operations with Dr. Aldenb Lorenzo now. He removed a couple of seborrhoeic-keratosis for me a year or so ago and shortly before Christmas he removed a cyst from my armpit. Both minor operations were done at the Glenorie centre and it is great to have the convenience of getting these done without a hospital visit especially as I’m in a wheelchair. What is even better is having a surgeon of the quality of Aldenb available to carry them out. Both procedures were carried out with no pain whatsoever, no peripheral damage and Aldenb's needlework skills are top notch - little or no bleeding and healed with minimal scarring. What’s more he is a really nice guy and a pleasure to deal with.All in all a 10/10 experience.

Excellent medical care with every professional I have seen there in the last 15 months (Drs Shiela and Rose and the RN Karen). I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Kumar is always late to all of his appointments by a minimum of half an hour. Had to walk out without even getting to see him today.

Great staff; always friendly, they actually listen to you and want to help you unlike 99% of other practices that just want you in and out.
