Was absolutely thrilled with the service. My last minute booking saved my bond and relieved all the stress. So grateful for the fast response and efficient service.

Worst cleaning service I’ve ever used. Cleaner showed up 3 hours late and without any materials or equipment to carry out an end of lease cleaning service. Tried to cancel the service on the day due to unsatisfactory service and get a refund. initially was told one thing on the phone and eventually another on email.

I employed Geoff from Meticulous to clean my windows in preparation for selling my house. He was prompt, courteous and most professional in the way he undertook the task. My windows were sparkling for the photo session and subsequent open days. I will use Meticulous again.

Received prompt service from a great cleaner for our Spring clean.He did the carpets and windows as well as a general clean and we were very pleased with the result. Now we have the service of a regular cleaner who is wonderful and really takes attention to detail. Can highly recommend using this company, they have made every consideration when dealing with us.

They took my deposit, and never turned up. Obviously, this is a terrible service.I had booked an after-party clean. I called them twice on the day they were meant to come. Only got a reply the day after (today), acknowledging their mistake and saying they will, at some point, refund the deposit. No offer of anything else to make it right.Find another cleaner.

The team at Meticulous provided exceptional service when my husband I were preparing a property for sale, and needed a vacate clean. We were delighted with the outcome as the windows, carpets and internal house were tackled by experienced cleaners, who understood the need to create a stand-out finish prior to inspection.

I refuse to support a company who will not pay their staffs wages, even after numerous attempts by their staff to have the issue fixed.This is disgusting business practice...no wonder there are so many bad reviews for this company

Useless and slow, complete waste of moneyI contracted Meticulous Cleaners for a one-off deep clean prior to moving into a new house.After giving the details about my property I was quoted 4 hours for the job.After 7 hours I had to let the cleaners leave. They were slow and not cleaning to a high standard. Whilst they were there I had I showed them numerous areas to re-clean and pointed out missed spots numerous times but still the job wasn’t getting done.I had to input a complaint to the company via their official complaints form, after 2 weeks they still hadn’t acknowledged my enquiry so I followed up. Then I was told they don’t refunds only offer to ‘repair’ the work for any complaints.It took a month from inputting my complaint to actually reach a resolution.After a lot of back and forth it came to conclusion that the cleaners conveniently ‘couldn’t find a convenient time’ to come and re-do the 7 hours worth of deep cleaning so instead they would refund me a measly 2 hours 'and would not enter into further discussion’ about the matter.I relied on this companies services to help ease the stress of moving house but instead it made the situation so much worse.I could have done a better job myself and saved myself $600.They don’t seem to care about their reputation or actually providing a decent service. Very dishonest company.

I called meticulous cleaning for an end of lease clean. They told me a cleaner would call me the next day. The next day someone from their office calls me and tells me they need to confirm the booking. I told them I havent spoken to the cleaner yet.Then the lady asks me to confirm by midday otherwise the booking would be cancelled. An hour later the cleaner calls me, and agrees on a time. Then he rings back saying his calendar is full for the week and he would ring the office to ask them to book another cleaner for me. I dont hear from them and when I call them, the lady on the phone puts me on hold, and comes back saying that I did not give my credit card details when called in the morning, and doesnt explain a thing about the cleaner bailing out. I was never asked about the credit card details in the first place, and why would they expect me to give it, if they have not confirmed my job in the first place. And all along , no one calls me to let me know whats going on, and they had me waste time, when I have enough on my plate, as we are moving very soon. Dont ever do business with them, if you want to retain your sanity.

Worst cleaning company. We hired them for an end of lease clean. Slow, incompetent and the steam cleaning dyed my carpet a different colour in patches. They were unwilling to own up to it so I might not get my bond back.
