I called Mike for a quote to fix my dear, elderly friends iPad Mini 2. She can't drive and I couldn't get to Perth to help her. But the day I called, he drove to her house, picked-up her iPad and delivered it for free 36 hours later for a VERY good price. She contacted me to say thank you for finding him and that he was amazing. I have to agree! And his communication regarding pickup and delivery times was fantastic!!

After dropping my iPhone XS at work and breaking my screen, I urgently needed a replacement screen, called in to the Fixpress store at 4pm hoping I could have my phone repaired the same day. Spoke to the friendly store assistant who told me it would be ready within 25 minutes. Very friendly, fast service!
