Bought our fridge here a few years ago, and back again to get a washing machine. Though we hit a snag with the machine, I called the next day and was resolved immediately. Lance was very helpful throughout the whole process :). Would definitely recommend and we will be back for our next purchase for sure.

Fantastic service and went above and beyond to help. Offered solid advice on the unit and put it on hold while I obtained more measurements.Better service than the big brand stores selling new. Would highly recommend you go here first.

Everyone has been the most friendly and helpful people. Bought the fridge last year just as Covid was hitting Brisbane so the place was really busy. The salesman was amazing and took so much time to help me out and organise delivery. Delivery guys were a hoot and very helpful. Just recently, I had a minor issue which was covered under warranty and again, the lady I spoke to on the phone bent over backwards to help me, as did the repair guy (who I think fixed things in record timing). Wouldn't recommend any other store.

They came out promptly and the mechanic was excellent - talking me through the issues and was able to fix the washing machine while he was there. We also had a part break on our dryer over the weekend and the part was ordered that morning and is on the way.Top rating well deserved, I recommend them and will certainly be going back should my machines need some more TLC in the future.
