The Cheesecake Shop Wavell Heights

Dont want to give even one star really. We ordered eggless Black Forest cake. It had foul smell which spoiled whole birthday mood. The cake was collected on the evening and cut on next day morning. It was in the freeze whole night. Never ever going to cheese cake shop.

Very rude staff and customer service. I just came to buy a cake this morning but her gestures were so rude and she was banging all her stuff while working and preparing for our cake. Fruits were all dried and when we request to change change it she appears to be angry and did not respond properly. Wound not recommended this shop.

I ordered a white chocolate mud cake over the phone with pink icing and a happy birthday writing. I got charged $95! The cake was terrible - it had 2 old looking strawberries on top and tasted old.I looked online and I should not have been charged more than $50!I have left 6 messages for the manager who overcharged me and no response. Do not buy anything from this store. Very disappointed.

My worst experience!!!I ordered from cheesecake shop wavell heights for the 1st time and my arrival, I told them that I made an online order and my name and the man who was serving, went in the kitchen and got nothing and then picked a cake from the display cakes and put it in the box and gave it to me. Strawberries from my cake were falling off when he showed me the cake then he said, let me fix it and after that, he told me not to close the box and I said, I’m gonna be keeping this cake in the fridge and I can even see that it’s not freshly baked so it’s gonna be dry. He starts arguing that and saying look at the expiry date, it is freshly baked and it’s not gonna be dry. Anyone who have even a basic knowledge of cakes can tell that it’s not freshly baked and it was dry even when I ate it ( I don’t know from how many days it was over there and they put an expiry date of 2nd October) It was tasting so bad. I will never ever go to this place!!!!

Great cake good service. Nice Cakes. Make sure the what you want on the cake os spelled correctly on the receipt and then on the cake.

We've ordered a custom cake from The Cheesecake Shop Wavell Heights for the past three years for my daughter's birthday parties. The first year was a custom mud cake and the last two years we've ordered a customised Sprinkle Me Pretty" sponge cake with the most divine mousse coating. I love decorating the cake (just not baking it

We were very appreciative of the customer service offered to us by Amir at The Cheesecake Shop in Wavell Heights. We ordered the rainbow cake with a few alterations to fit an edible cake topper. Nothing was too much trouble and the cake was perfect. Thanks!

Cake was incorrect (I ordered a torte and got a cheesecake), was missing a chunk that was NOT attached to the box, the writing on the cake looked like it had been done in 30 seconds and was squashed onto one side AND to top it off, I've been ignored over this FOR A WEEK. Would have been better off to go to Woolies and grab a $20 cake, at least it would have been edible. Absolutely disgusted with Amir and this store.

Worst customized cake. I asked for customized cake. They asked me to buy own alcohol bottle and also they were expecting to provide everything by the customer. I got plain cake even without sprinkles and happy birthday display thing. I had a big party at home that's why I ordered customized cake this what I got. I could have bought simple cake from any random shop and decorated it would have cost me half the price of this cake. It was for $95. Never gonna buy again from here

Cake was frozen and dry.when you eat it feels like ice chunks in your teeth. will not buy any cake again from them..taste wasn’t good either ..it was Black Forest cake ..and worst cake I ever had …
