I can't comment on the previous two reviewer's experiences but I've had no problems with this company and have received only friendly and efficient service from them. It's my belief that most people will only take the time to leave a review when they have an axe to grind - therefore, it would need a good deal more negative reviews for me to take notice.I am happy with the Tax Shelter and they will continue to receive my business.

Couldn’t be more dissatisfied with the experience I have had with this company. The customer service was horrific and staff were rude and apparently quite uneducated. Unable to answer any of my questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not overly thrilled with my first experience. Minimal to nil communication from accountant about how their system works and what information they needed after 5 minute phone appointment. Met 2 reception staff and both not friendly.
