Marco and Razel were amazing to deal with. Great energy and quick responses (Marco for the quick responses and clear communication.Razel for the energy she gives and going above and beyond requirement to deliver the blind samples to my home. This helped us choose fantastic colours for the blinds, shutters and curtains. And also place the order remotely on time so that it was made and installed on time before we moved. The installation team was patient on the day of installation. Dealt with a delay in the start as the site was still not available. They were very professional during installation.Finally the product was fantastic. Perfect fit and colours. It was a combination of curtains, blinds and shutters. Every product type in window furnishing. Cannot fault any of those products. Looks awesome in my house.

I have used their service a year ago, the price was reasonable and the job was done professionally. So why a review you may ask ?One of the door grill had a minor issues, not noticeable and no one except an expert in the field would ever know it. I told about this to 3A blind team member, Razel, and to my surprise I was told they will fix it, no questions asked.I have dealt with many local traders and people forget you after few hours and getting a service after nearly an year was unbelievable. Great friendly service. The moment I went into the store, John was attentive at assisting with choosing the right materials for curtains and blinds. All the staff particularly Maria was very efficient and quick to response to our queries. We ordered sheer curtains, roller and plantation blinds and security doors for our house and the cost was very affordable compared to larger businesses. Options of sheer curtains was limited but it didn't bother us much as we know we have particular look that we want to achieve. Our family and friends really loved the quality of the products that one of them end up using 3A blinds for their home. Highly recommended.
