Thanks to Ashley & his pateince, I was able to resolve an ongoing electrical issue with my bike that turned out to be nothing more than an incorrectly selected battery. His knowledge & understanding emcompassed the whole matter & he took the time to help me sort through the dilemma with the best result I could have hoped for. I will be getting ALL my battery needs sorted here from now on, I've found the place I can rely on!Thanks Again Ashley.

Sarah saved the day!!! The positive terminal clamp on my car battery had cracked and was literally hanging on by a slither of lead. Naturally is was one of those hard to find small type clamps with a flat offset mounting platform and bolt... I'd checked with 3 other auto spares shops and a replacement was not to be found. However, my favourite go to" battery shop was nearby and sure enough

Ashley absolutely marvellous. Greeted me with a smile and very generously took out the old battery in my remote car key and replaced it expertly. It was a fiddley business but he had the right tools and he was only going to charge me for the battery and not thecservice. How good is that?!service

Would like to thank Battery World Mulgrave for helping me get my Motorbike back on the road. There was one battery left which they were able to put aside for me and I duly collected! It meant I could take the bike for a weekend trip away!

Went to Battery World Mcgraths Hill this afternoon due to constantly getting a flat battery and couldn't recommend these guys enough. We received excellent customer service and they were extremely helpful. So if you are looking for a new battery definitely give these guys a visit.
