Terrible costumer service and delivery system. I bought a product a needed urgently, checked availability before buying and paid for express delivery. A week after the my product has not yet been shipped and no one is able to provide information. Frustrating.

Rude customer service particularly from Kevin. I don’t know how people like this who speak to you condescendingly as if you’re so dumb can get a job, when theres so many out there who would love a job. I’ve left feeling more anxious than what I was going in! So unhelpful I actually want to cry.

Customer service is horrendous!!Went in for a simple part and got no help whatsoever. Left without it. Thank you Kevo, for nothing mate! Will not be returning and taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic range of automobile products. Amazing friendly and helpful service. They are there to help you find the right product for your needs and vehicle. They truely care and not just there to make a sale. I live on other side of city but travel to Gilles plain auto barn for last 7 years because of their amazing customer service and adviceHighly recommended

Really great help from the staff today. I was greeted in a friendly way and offered assistance as soon as I walked in. The staff then proceeded to find exactly the items I required. The lovely chap even fitted the new windscreen wiper for me! I've been to other similar stores in the area and haven't had this level of excellent care. Thanks

I had a Sony Car Stereo Unit installed ( RAV 4 2007 ) at Gilles Plains Autobarn. Ben was very informative about the various units to consider and pleasant to deal with. Staff are great, welcoming and I was very pleased with the overall. The installer of the unit was also accomodating and friendly. Happy to recommend Autobarn Gilles Plains

Recently bought a timing belt kit for my Integra, after pulling apart all the timing covers and accesory belts I found out that the provided water pump was too large!Thankfully Ben was super helpful, It felt as my problem was taken seriously and my problem was going to be solved. In the end they provided me with the correct pump and a thermostat seal that wasnt provided with the thermostat I purchased.Was very worried my problem wouldnt be solved at first but was surprised at how well and understanding Ben was!

What worst customer servicer I experience today at Autobarn Gilles Plain. Bought something online and when visit the store for pick-up figure it out that its not gonna fit for my vehicle. Kyle was the person who could have done bit more and process refund straightway rather then referring me back to ecommerce team who said that Store Should have offer refund then and there and then refer me back to store.I id left the stuff back into the store and he did not even gave me any paperwork except the receipt which says I have collected the item.I visited store during afternoon when not even one customer was there. So they can't rub it that they were busy.Most of male staff is rude except girl on check out. I think they are privately owned business and that the owner really need to look into boosting customer service skills.There are plenty of other Auto store around who will do price match and there is nothing in specific which you only get at this store.So shop around..
