I can not exspress how great this business is to deal with great communication and services Thank You Actrinix.

I contacted Trinix for some telephone support with regard to a Malware issue I was having with my home PC. I was informed that the hourly rate for phone support was $150 per hour. I accepted this. What I was't told was that the charge rate would be per hour or part thereof". I am used to service organisations charging in 15 minute blocks (even some as low as 6 minute blocks). My mistake for not clarifying the situation before accepting the charge.The issue took a maximum of 20 minutes to resolve. Needless to say I was a bit surprised to have $150 charged to my credit card. I would have expected a charge of around $75 ( two blocks of 15 minutes) and been happy to pay this amount. I am most certainly not happy with the $150 charge.KFWilletton WA16/08/2017Following on from my earlier negative review.I received a credit for $75 from Trinix and a confirmation that they do use 15 minute blocks for their charge out. Great value with refurbished Dell desktop PC. For under $1000 I got a quad core CPU, 1 Tb SSD, 8Gb RAM and best of all they managed to clone the data from my old PC saving me many hours of labour and frustration. Great price and Service. Many thanks!!
