Kennett River Family Caravan Park

Disappointed that management would not allow for a refund, for a mistaken reservation. The booking and requested cancellation was only hours apart, and they rudely declined to assist.Not impressed with the customer service received.

Decent facilities considering the pristine Location.. fair few Visible Koala’s, specially early in the morning… heaps of local birds… chirping early in the morning is mesmerising… clean camp kitchen and bathrooms.. I thoroughly enjoyed.. a pool would have been icing on the cake!!!

Our favourite camping spot! The daily activities were a highlight, the kids loved them. Especially the hula hooping, sea creatures and wildlife experience.Our daughter won their weekly colouring competition and it was express posted to our home. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture.We love summer holidays at Kennett River and can't wait for next years trip!

Lovely tree filled park with beautiful wildlife and a stone’s throw from thee beach. Lovely walking path along the river. Very friendly and informative staff. A dump point was missing unfortunately.

I didn't get a cabin so I don't know what they are like. Staff are friendly but don't drive over 5km. There are ducks, koalas, glow worms, a beach, and the general store has coffee that is totally drinkable. Small play ground for kids, clean amenities, and clean camp kitchen. The residents are helpful but not really up for a chat which is understandable. All in all a good experience.

A beautiful spot which was crawling with koalas in the trees within the campsite.Amenities were clean and in good condition, including indoor or outdoor showers and toilets. Access to the site was for only one car per allotted spot however.Across the road from a nice beach , okay for swimming and I saw quite a few surfers a little further out.For food there's a local cafe just opposite the campsite, or you can drive a few minutes to one of the local towns.

Good value for a powered camp site. Sheltered so the wind doesn't batter the tent very much. Lots of sites are shady, but if you prefer not to camp under trees there are plenty of places too. The camp kitchen has toasters, microwaves, kettles, fridges and one electric stovetop and oven. There are a few electric bbqs about but I think they're all singles. All the water from the taps is not safe for drinking except from a central water tank that is clearly signed as drinking water. There is a good playground near the central amenities block. Very close to Kennett River beach just have to safely cross the road. There is a Cafe and general store nearby for essentials. Nearest petrol/diesel would probably be Apollo Bay.

Had the ocean view cabins x2 for a large group m, cabins were very nice with great atmosphere, clean, well set up, great staff..And the highlight was the bio luminescence that happened first night was there.. 1st time it's happened there and was amazing

This park and Kennet river nature park are near each other. People were busy fishing. On the nature walk we could spot one koala and several parrots.
