Yesterday, i bought some bread at this shop, woman staff is rude to ask me dont put it back tongs with angry face because i want to change with other larger tongs . yes , i know this is my fault, you can say slowly and say sorry dont put it back. i will feel better, and she always looking me after that. maybe, she thought im not buying the bread. im not feeling comfortable. and the other staff is very nice. I always came to this shop , and this is my first time feel not comfortable here.

Honestly, nice breads.......a bit pricey though. But most important is the attitude of the cashier. This attitude drags you down. Very inconsistent in doing business, one day they don't charge for a carry bag, the next they charge. When asked why, no answer but long unfriendly face with that look! Owner....you have to select your staff carefully, many people out there have more courteous way of serving customers.

I bought the pandan buns for $6. The the bun itself is tasty but they were stingy on the filling. There was barely half a teaspoon of filling for each of them.

We bought their durian cake and we were disappointed by it. The durian pulp was frozen (with water still in it, making it tastes yucky) and the pulp was tasteless. How can you have frozen pulp in a cake? It feels like someone pour water inside the cake, making it taste really horrible. For a durian cake, you can't even smell or taste any durian in it. Just water mix in cake!!! Also the size was really small for $46.50. And you had to pay $3.50 to write happy birthday on a chocolate plaque.

Guys, honestly, don't ever buy anything from this shop if u don't want to have food poisoning. Not only that, their attitude is so disgusting, no sorry, nothing after the customer returned the cake because it was very bad, very sour flavor as a cake left too long outside.

Bought a few pastries, bread, and donuts, and a cup of Vietnamese iced coffee yesterday. Price is good. The coffee was awesome. The bread kinda roll with porkfloss was my favorite. Custard and Nutella donuts were okay. But the Matcha donut was a huge disappointment. Tasted off. Tasted sour. I think it was just how it was supposed to taste? Because I didn't have any diarrhoea afterwards. Only took a bite from it. Staff was not that welcoming and approachable.
