Full O Wind Balloon Arrangements
I contacted Full O Wind a few weeks ago to use their services for my grand daughters 16th birthday. Her party was last night and the balloon display was absolutely everything I wanted. My grand daughter was thrilled and everyone at the party commented. Marnie is so professional and caring and I would highly recommend her and Full O Wind.
