I will never buy from here again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.I ordered 2 items Jan 2023 and still no arrival.I have tried to contact ishka and got a response in April that my parcel had been shipped.Still no parcel.They have updated through shop app that I’ve been refunded, but no refund has been given. So not only have they taken my money, they have also lied about the goods update and refund. They are still advertising both products I ordered for sale on their website, despite being seemingly unavailable.I have tried to contact ishka numerous occasions and no response.My advice is to anyone experiencing the same is to contact ACCC to report their scam (holding your money) and to consumer affairs to try and retrieve your money.There are plenty of smaller businesses that can provide the same if not better products for similar prices.Ordering through ishka has been an expensive lesson that I won’t be repeating.

Zero stars.I would say 'worst service' - however, it was in fact NO SERVICE. My order was submitted and paid for early February - now 5 weeks later nothing, zero, zip. I emailed ISHKA to request an update on my order, only to receive a response a week later stating they are unable to fulfill the order.The email advised me a refund is available in the form of a voucher.NO NO NO - ISHKA if you can't fill my order then return my money that you have had in your account, earning interest on. It's that simple.Please read The Competition and Consumer Act 2010.I have phoned the head office in Clayton 5 times in the past two days and even their automated phone service !!Improve your business model ISHKA.

I had on line orders that had not been delivered so I went to the store. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful. They found what had happened to my orders and promptly refunded my money. I had expected some difficulty with that process but it was not a problem and I was thankful for that.

Ordered $50 worth of items in December, 2022 that were never delivered. With repeated contact via email, Instagram direct message and phone calls never heard a word back nor an apology. Still waiting for a full refund and unfortunately I'm not the only one. Multiple reviews on Google and Facebook will show others like myself who have been scammed. Don't even bother buying from them.

I have placed 2 orders pre 25 December 2022. I have had no notifications at what stage my orders are at. I have emailed them twice and NO RESPONSE to either email. Now, I get inundated a few times a day to shop at their store. Never again.No customer service at all.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINEI placed an order back in September. Still have not received refund. I have been the one sending the emails for updates.After not getting any response, I requested a refund, still haven’t gotten it. No communication, absolutely horrible customer service! Called them today, to speak to someone regarding the issue, but apparently they don’t have a customer care team, or anything to give feedback.

Placed an order for a birthday party on the 7th of feb eta was approx 15th feb. No tracking # no response. 4 months now and no reply on my emails or my phone calls. Extemely dissapointed

Scam website! I have made two purchases from the website and both times been told they can't supply the item but they kept my money. I have tried every avenue to contact them but no response. Selling items you don't have and keeping the money is FRAUD!

Ordered dress online. Terrible quality and looked nothing like photos. Submitted a return which was accepted. Postal tracking advised it was delivered in Feb. No reply when emailed numerous times.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM ISHKA!!! I made an order at the beginning of November 2022 for Christmas gifts, after nothing came by December I emailed and got no response. I have now emailed over 7 times to their customer support with nothing back at all. I have called, used their chat function and none were of any help. I just want my money back. Do not buy from Ishka online.
