Anilton is the most honest, precise and knowledgable person in the entire construction industry. I was honoured to have met him. He came to our place within 15 minutes after I called him (At 3 PM!) he carefully assessed what seemed to us a water proofing issue. Humbly he said that it was not a water proofing issue... However despite not being his trade he went above and beyond to find out more about the issue. He measured the moisture content of the wall, climbed onto our balcony to have a look at the gutter, checked any entry points from the roof of the house to the ground behind a tree AND to top it all up!!! He also took videos explaining in detail all the identified issues and how to repair them! Moreover wrote a message explaining things in detail so that we could direct other contractors and save time and most likely money! Thank you so much again Anilton.
