My friend and I made an appointment to get a Mani,Pedi and Shellac. The ladies were really friendly and did a great job pampering us. Our nails turned out great. We would recommend this salon.

WORST Experience ever, went to get nails done & they ran out of colour nail polish less than half way through then tried to match another colour when i kept saying no. Then they refused to take off the colour and started with another colour over then top & were SO RUDE like I was putting them out!!! Nail polished was crooked and the worst I've ever had they made me paid & now have to go to another salon to redo. Beware using them unless u want the same treatment check the other reviews that say the same.

this is my first review and I felt it needed to be out there. I had decided to try these guys out since I was in gateway, I live rural so the closest nail salon is coolalinga. The whole time I was at this salon I felt absolutely horrible. The nail tech doing my nails was just so rude- soon as I had told her what I wanted (super nicely) she looked at me in disgust and muttered something to her coworker in their language, as I was getting my nails done she also was rough and yanking my hands around. Ive worked in retail definitely NOT how you treat your customers. Disgusted. I’m not always one to complain but when you get so used to good service you expect that everywhere you go. Won’t be falling in that trap again! For good service I recommend ProfessioNAIL Coolalinga. Top staff, best service
