After our aircon stopped working halfway from Port Hedland to Broome in 44 degree heat, and we needed to make it home to Melbourne to spend Xmas with our family, we found ourselves in a real pickle.Rang another Mechanic in Broome, they said they wouldn’t be able to fit us in before Xmas and we would need to wait 3 weeks.We would like to say a massive thanks to John and his Team for squeezing us in during their busiest period, ordering the part we needed from Perth, and getting us on our way within a few days.We now anticipate we will make it home for Xmas and are relieved to be travelling in comfort with no complaining from the kids.Thanks for your professionalism and service, we really appreciate it!!!

Currently driving around Australia and we lost our starter motor after doing the Gibb. Wayne was able to fit us in for a replacement quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Price was very responsible as well.I definitely recommend these guys if you’re stuck in Broome.

Great service, they went above and beyond to help us get back on the road, they were super flexible fitting us in while we were waiting on a warranty item. Very experienced and knowledgeable in fixing our electrical problem and really nice people.

Over Christmas our alternator spat it about 3 hours from Broome. Called around everywhere and was told a few weeks minimum.These absolute legends squeezed us in the next morning (Christmas Eve!) and had us sorted a couple of hours later.Friendly, excellent workmanship and very fair rates.Thanks, guys.

Fitted me in quickly and replaced faulty cruise control item and door switch for a 4WD while travelling from interstate. Right foot now gets a rest.Great service

If I could give more stars I would. Wayne and John helped me out with some new Delkor batteries on a long week end in their own time when I was stuck on the road. Highly recommend these guys for their effort and time after hours.

Amazing service. They managed to squeeze us in and provided a fast, trustworthy and friendly service at a very reasonable cost. Despite being peak tourist season, they replaced our starter motor at almost half the cost quoted by Toyota and had us back on the road in less than 48hrs. Thankyou Luke & Wayne. Highly recommend!

Thankful to Greg for fitting us in on a booked out day prior to us heading up the Gibb. Luke did an excellent job diagnosing our issue with the caravan battery not recharging. Thanks to a team of friendly and efficient staff.

I cannot recommend everyone at Reen Auto Electrics, Broome enough for their kindness, efficiency and help with replacing a VW Crafter battery that was under warranty, fitted by a company in Victoria. Sue drove me into town whilst the guys checked the charge and they fitted a temporary battery to keep me going until my new one arrived. They also liaised with the company responsible for the replacement and as agents, swapped the batteries at no cost. Thank you to Sue, Luke, Wayne and Paul for all your help!!
