I haven'd had any bad experience at this store where I go to often for prescription medication. I read through some other feedback and feel sorry for their experience. Overall good staff doing the prescription handling. Other then those staff and the sales register staff I don't generally interact with the rest of the floor staff much but when I have done so I have found them generally helpful but certainly not 5 star in their performance. Products selection on the floor seems good. Niks and naks are also good.

Overcharge all pension card holders. Somehow he states that he can charge whatever he likes for a script that is $6.80 everywhere else he charges full price. Avoid this pharmacy or check your receipts.

Would definitely given this store NO STAR rating if I could ..... Staff are extremely rude to the customers, took almost an hour to get my prescription filled as they were to busy talking and joking around with other staff , all isles where so full of boxes we had to move boxes around to walk up them. I'm a local and would rather drive to Brisbane to use the Chemist Warehouse. My experience here today and in the past means that I will NEVER be returning to this discussing store.

Extremely helpful staff.. Always polite and don’t try to talk you into generic medications like some stores at Forest Lake. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this store.

Takes ages to get your scrip filled and when they keep your scripts and send U a message to ask U if U want them filled you reply yes and after for over 45mins they still can't find them all and U have to wait even longer

Yes, the scripts are cheaper - but I waited about half an hour to receive mine.... to be fair, the two pharmacists were run off their feet the whole time.

Watch out for the expiry date. I am a big fan of Chemist Warehouse but this store is a joke. I won’t blame the staff, she was very helpful but the the response of the manager is ridiculous. He said the supplement I bought only contains 30 tablets so that I should finish the bottle soon before the expiry date. I bought them in late Nov and it only have 4 months left. I want to give them to my relatives from overseas. Pick up your act please.

BLOCKING YOUR PHONE AND INTERNETThis store is one of the worse for blocking cellular signal. Hope I don’t need to make the call.Best advise I can give to those having to shop here is email your prescriptions before arriving and don’t look up at the ceiling. I don’t need to imagine having to go back to hospital with the amount of dust the main aircon intake is covered in.

Very rude staff. My son dropped a perfume tester bottle on the floor accidentally and a staff came running very angry and spoke to me so rudely “ if you break the bottle , you have to pay”. I know the rules but it’s the way she spoke. Then I asked to speak to her manger and a girl came and showed no regret but was defending her staff instead and kept saying just don’t drop the bottle again. I had nearly $500 shopping on my basket. If I can afford to pay for that, I can pay for the broken bottle as well.Just teach your staff some manners.won’t be going back ever again.Worst staff I have ever met in any store.

One the worst vapourizer steamer out there. Chemist warehouse Oxley stocks all faulty vapourizers especially after 3 customers have came in and returned them because they don’t work . I myself bought one and the Mánager that’s normally there is very rude and didn’t want to a give a refund even tho other people came by to return it. Had to keep calling them and kept telling the situation and after 3 days of calling and letting them know the problem I finally got my refund.Very bad service
