Jaicrest were quick to respond to my request for an alternate quote to have my air conditioning replaced. Joe took the time to discuss our needs and came up with the optimal solution. The team of installers were quick, friendly and did a fabulous job making sure the site was clean before they left. Joe was very good at following up any additional items and checking that everything was working.We are extremely happy with our new air conditioning system and can highly recommend Jaicrest for its high level of service.

The ONLY place to go for your air-conditioning needs! Joe and his team are superb in all regards: from recommending the perfect unit for the space (taking into account future needs too), to quality installation with minimal disruption. They even go the extra mile to hide the conduits so that it is not intrusive. It was fully installed from start to finish in three hours with no sign that the team had even been there. The unit Joe recommended is quiet both inside and out but instantly cools our living room. I would always recommend Jaicrest if you're getting air-conditioning.

Jaicrest installed our multi split system a few days ago and they were absolutely fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending them. From beginning to end the whole process was seamless. On the day of installation the team were really professional and friendly. They were also very careful with our house and belongings during the install and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. They even helped to put the furniture back where it belonged. A few years ago we used another company for a smaller job who were nowhere near as careful or professional. I wish we had gone with Jaicrest then as well.

Joe was friendly and professional, but the price discrimination was outrageous. Got a quote asking for $11K + GST for a 1-to-2 split system. He later quoted my neighbor $80K inc. of GST with the same indoor units and a slightly weaker outdoor unit that is only $500 cheaper than mine. Very disappointed.Updated in response to the business owner's reply: I simply stated a piece of fact: Quoted me $11K, and then quoted my neighbor $8K. This has nothing to do with what happened afterward.

Jaicrest just completed a new install of a Daikin split system in my apartment. Joe Toubia and the install team were amazing. Recommending the best options and describing what the pluses and minuses of each install. From start to finish, they were professional, fast and courteous. Took exemplary care of surrounding carpets, furniture and walls. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

After having our outdoor air-conditioning unit submerged in flood water recently, I called a few companies. Jaicrest was the only company to respond immediately. They came out same day to inspect, report & quote. Joe found the last suitable/compatible system in the country in WA. It arrived on time & installation was on time as scheduled. Technicians were competent, professional & friendly. I've not experienced service of this high level ever before in Australia, in any industry. Top notch! Thanks Joe & Team!
