Horrible experience. I went here on my 18th birthday to get my nails done. I had a 1 and a half hour time frame to have them done by before my dinner reservations and they took almost 3 hours to get my nails done. I went in to get my nails done and the lady doing my nails offered to do tips for me since it was my birthday (she never mentioned it would cost more or anything! She offered to do it for my birthday). I agreed and let her do the tips which consisted of her applying a gel polish and then curing under a uv light until they were set in place. She did this a couple times and then painted them. She didn’t even file off the bumps and ridges that the polish had made. My nails looked like I had rocks under the polish that’s how bad the bumps from the gel polish were. She also filed them into a sharp point of a stiletto when I specifically asked for a rounded almond/oval shape. She was mucking around with her co-workers the entire time as well and had spent more time talking than actually doing my nails. They then proceeded to charge me $120 for the absolute trash that was my nails! And yes, she charged me for the tips! I was so shocked and embarrassed that my mum had to come back down and make them do a better job because they were actually so bad! They filed the bumps off as best as they could and then sent me on my way. No refund and still looking absolutely terrible. They had to file the bumps so much that the tips were now gone and it just looked like a bad regular manicure. I will never EVER go again. Horrible!

I asked for a very simple eyelash procedure, one all the nail shops do readily, and was told they couldn’t do it as they were unsure about my own eyelash length (which I would have thought was obvious). Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

I had an eyelash extension removal (from a cheap place) and a new natural set applied. Amanda explained so much that had never been explained to me before. I had less natural lashes left on one eye...but she ensured I had an even look. I don't recommend places often, but I would highly recommend. I did not feel that my appointment was rushed in anyway - it was my first time at Sibu and I was treated as though I had been going there for years.

Amanda and her staff are amazing! ⭐️I am always able to get in for an appointment as they are so accommodating.And every service I have had done there has been brilliant l, can not fault!I highly recommend Sibu Beauty5 stars ⭐️

While the staff were lovely, I felt $73 for shellac removal and reapplication was a little steep. My own fault for not reading the description properly but I assumed a shellac pedicure included an actual pedicure, not just shellac. Unfortunately not value for money.

I went to Siba Beauty after Piperlash closed in Casey. I am not sure why I waited so long! I have very fine eyebrows and they tinted and shaped them so well. Also had an eyelash tint. The room was so relaxing. Definitely my new place to go

I had an appointment at 10.45am on 24th December 2022. I turned up at 10.35am.When it finally got to 10.55am I was told to come over. Only to have someone other than the person i booked to see start my nails as Lia was behind (she had only just started to do the person before me at the time I was supposed to be done).Well the girl filing my nails hardly touched them.I worked out Lia was at more than 1 hour late.After another 10 minutes I left as I had to travel interstate.Very poor customer service. The salon should have called me and said Lia was running so late I could come in 1.5 hours after my scheduled appt or I could reschedule. But no they did not even bother to do this.I wasted 25mins driving there and 25 minutes back home.Not impressed and I won’t be back

I have attended both the Nicholls and Crace salons in the past week. I first attended the Crace salon for a hydrodermabrasion facial. Afterwards my skin felt light, clean and deeply hydrated. The overall process was also very relaxing and enjoyable.I attended the Nicholls salon in the following days for a lash lift and tint. I have very stubborn eyelashes and these guys had the patience to apply the products to my lashes twice, just to get the results I was after. Again the process was very relaxing and my eyelashes look AMAZING.Honestly I cannot recommend them enough. They are genuinely invested in their clients and want to help you achieve your goals whether that be beautifully curled lashes or glowy skin. :)

I travelled interstate for a wedding and had my hair done here. Everyone was so lovely, I was offered a tea or coffee and they took my coat. Will definitely be coming back here for my next Canberra event!

Dear Sibu Beauty, I loved visiting your salon. Maddie was amazing- so great to talk to, really lovely and made me feel so welcomed and pampered. With other salons i feel like ‘in and out’, not with Maddie, and she did the best eyelash tint and brow wax ive ever had/ every eyelash tinted, and the tint didn't leave my eyes looking red. I will definitely be coming back.
