PetO Chatswood

The team and manager at Chatswood PetO are well trained on their products and are really helpful advising which products are best for your pet - specific to the age and breed. I bought a Gentle Leader harness for my Lab puppy (at 12 weeks). It was brilliant in helping her walk well but the material just didn't hold up to her pulling and it broke/frayed (with no evidence of chewing and in a place where she couldn't reach).They exchanged the first one with no issue, the second one, they did the same but consulted with the manufacturer to see what could be going wrong and then on the third one, recommended a different product, fitted it to my dog and did an exchange again. 9 months later we still have that same harness.Wouldn't go anywhere else for help & advice on anything I need for my dogs.

This store's location is convenient and has ample parking. The staff are friendly and interested in helping. The loyalty program provides regular rebates that keep me coming back.

I have often thought to go online to get my pet stuff but somehow keep coming back to this store, with its friendly and helpful staff and the discounts (real or not). They seem to have everything I need, and some additional stuff for just window shopping (because). Would recommend PetO.
