Drain pump failed on our Simpson top loader washing machine around lunch time. Rang up Clarkes Washing machine repairs, Staff were helpful and friendly on the phone. They even rang back with 15 minute after checking they had the part in stock. Held pump for me till I came to pick it up that afternoon. Managed to get washing machine going within an hour, so even got the washing done and on the line.Used Clarkes in the past for an oven door glass and that went well. They had to order the door glass, but it arrived before the date they expected it to turn up. It was also at a reasonable price and was well packaged.

Very keen to provide service but when things go awry, not interested, not responsive and keep your money, even when they are at fault. I won't deal with these people again. Ignorant, arrogant and deal carelessly with the truth.
