We went to Gainforts to find new taps for our house. John was very helpful and sorted us out great! It's great to have somewhere you can go locally to get such great service!

Very Poor Customer Service- Be aware there is a 20% handling fee for returned items!My family go out of our way to support small local businesses and I have never written a negative review before so I am very disappointed to write a negative review about this one. I have been a customer for years. The guys that work there are great, friendly and helpful. The store was great before... but now is even bigger and better with well displayed stock. In my long experience their prices are always extremely competitive... Do not believe the grumpy never happy complainers...

Never seen the shop like this in Hornsby, rule and pushing, no service, charging for returning good. Hate it!

BIG CHEER OUT to the Hornsby store for helping out with our WIRES PROJECT. The store was very helpful and generous with discounts on all the items to produce our wildlife water fountains x 25. These were assembled by Technographics p/l and will be used on the south + north coast regions which were more devastated by the inferno. Many items have been donated and supported by local Facebook community pages. I would like too say a Big thank you to the Gainfort company for their consideration and help. A message of there support will be labelled on each unit supplied as a return thank you from us and doing future business with this store if you are in the Hornsby or Mona Vale area.
