Salvos Stores Geebung

When I walk into an op shop, check a price on a nondescript item of clothing and it is $35, I usually walk right out... but I'd driven quite far, so I had a look around. Very overpriced. Cheap copies priced at designer prices. I really don't mind if a second hand shop prices a brand new pair of doc martens boots at $100, because that's still a bargain - but make sure it's not a cheap knock off.No bargains to be had here.

One of the better op shops around, good selection, inexpensive. Great place to top up on crockery.

Extremely over priced for 2nd hand clothing. Asking $40 for a skirt, $25 for a well worn dress, $18 for what looked like a homemade skirt, nothing special. Don't bother here cheaper to buy new at kmart.

Very rude staff. The man at the store raised his voice at my little girl and asked with an annoyed voice WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" when she was trying on a pair of ladies' shoes. My daughter is quite playful because she found the pair pretty and wanted to walk with it and look at herself in the mirror. We've been to every op shop in the strip and this is the only place where the staff didn't even bother saying hello to its patrons nor at least tried to become friendly."

Awesome. Great staff, I dropped off a heap of clothes and they were more than happy to take them. Seriously I won't donate anywhere else!

Staff is not friendly, only she said to me is cash or card, not really hard to say a Hello. Don't want to work then STAY HOME.

Lovely little boutique type store.It has a fresh feel to it & its very clean & bright.

Not impressed I went in the shop today to purchase a dinner set that where in the display glass cabinet that I saw in the morning (didn't have the money at that time) went back in the afternoon to buy these as a gift and the staff say it was taking too much room and it was out the back in a truck. The guys then says there is another set there. I don't want that one. I left because not one of the guys could retrieve the set from the back. I thought the salvos were out to raise money for charity. So I will not be going back there and I will not donate any money or goods to the salvos or buy another item from there. DISGUSTED!!!!
