Spent the last few weeks going through yards and trying to find something. Walked into Greg Watts yard and had a great experience. Michael sold me my Subaru and was nothing but a gentleman. Thanks also to Frank and John for looking after me all the way through on pricing and helping with turning the car around for me within 2 days and they even picked me up from the train station. Thanks again guys the car is going great.

I have bought 2013 Subaru Impreza for $12K from Greg Watts 6 months ago and this car had to be back to the dealer and their mechanic for more than 2 months, I am still waiting for the car to be fixed as the car is not roadworthy. Shocking their mechanic passed pinkslip. Do not trust this shop. I have waited enough for nothing and am passing it over to Fair Trading about my purchase and also the mechanic passing pinkslip for non-roadworthy car.

Worst experience and service. Dodgy people.We purchased a Mercedes Sprinter 2011 from Greg Watts dealership in 2021 and it has not been anything but trouble. Less than a month after purchasing we have taken it to a mechanic to do a check over.Turns Out:- Carry out check over and found both side tie rod ends have play;- Found engine oil leaks. Degrease engine. Run and found oil leaks at tappet cover and oil leak left hand side engine behind a/c compressor;- SRS air bag warning light on;- Seat belt warning light on;- Left Hand seat damaged.When we rang to discuss this with Frank and John they said that it is an old car so wear and tear is expected, every car has oil leaks however if we knew this before purchasing the car we would NOT have purchased. They stated that we probably took it to a rural mechanic and he was being cheeky with us. Very unprofessional and degrading towards others in rural areas.Would definitely NOT recommend

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. My brother paid $40,000.00 for a Ford Ranger. He had it 2 weeks before the engine blew up. This vehicle was sold with a 12 month warranty.Had to get towed to Bathurst where the vehicle sat for 4 weeks. After a number of very abrupt phone calls, the vehicle was finally put on a tow truck and taken back to the yard for repairs. They should be putting in a new engine but instead are trying to fix it. Reading other reviews, I have absolutely no faith that this vehicle will be repaired properly. It has been over 3 months now and still no car. My brother lives in a very remote and rural area and needs a 4WD to get access to his property. He was offered a loan car but when the yard was told a normal car would not cut it, John stated he had no 4WDs to loan him. My brother lives over 3 hours away from the car yard and with no car how would he even be able to get the loan car. Every time we enquire about how long the vehicle is going to be, John always says Maybe the end of the week". This has gone on for over 3 months now. The rego for this vehicle is now due and we haven't even had the car. We have asked for a refund but John has declined as he states he is fixing the vehicle. Have even offered to sell it back to him for $5

Be careful buying from this dealership, they say We pride ourselves in only re-selling the best quality second hand cars" get an independent mechanic to confirm its quality. "Every one of our cars come with a valid Pink slip

Just bought a Lexus RX 350 from John at Greg Watts Used Cars.Found the team more than helpful and provided great service along with fair prices both on the car traded and the Lexus we bought.Would certainly consider using Greg Watts Used Cars again for our next car purchase and would recommend them to friends who were in the market for a car.

From the moment I walked into Greg's office, I felt warmly welcomed. I bought a 2007 Saab Convertible for my wife and drove it back to Bundaberg Qld. Beautiful vehicle and overall a top experience. My wife loves the car. My compliments to Greg and Frank for looking after me.

Never thought I would recommend are used car yard I brought a Toyota Prado of these blokes absolutely fantastic came up for it Victoria to buy the car I even picked the Mrs up from the railway station we came back to collect it at the car for about five months and the alternator Wayne no problem at all with the warranty they just fixed it highly recommend these blokes Very straight up and down highly recommend them

Frank was very helpful and even though I attended to look at one car he thankfully showed me an even better option for my needs which I have purchased.I was very happy with the service and he has and still is going above and beyond to help me through the process of buying my first car.
