Got my new cars second service done here for the first time. Service centre is big and clean. Amazing process around how they collect the cars and how we enter and exit post drop off and pre pick up. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We're patient through my questions when they called to inform my 2 year old car had converter seal leak which was a big job. Thank you for your patience and great customer service!

I don't usually leave Google reviews but AMR Mazda earned it. Their customer service, attention to detail and respect for cars by the entire team wins my returned business.Special shout out to Muhammad in particular for excellent customer service.

Had a few issues after I bought a used Mazda 3. Super efficient - Had it diagnosed on Monday, fixed on Tuesday, Picked it up on Wednesday. Daniel was my service rep. He provided me great communication and service, start to finish. Even gave my car a wash! Legends, will be coming back here. Cheers, Chris

Wanted to make an appointment for service for my car, a simple service, every time the rep opened his mouth it was another $100, gave up as the total approached $700 .Must be a fairer way to service a car and not feel you're being ripped off so blatantly.

As far as brand name car service centres go, this one has impressed me. The staff are lovely, the facility great with plenty of space to sit if you need to wait a while, the car is always looked after, they are always accomodating with scheduling.We also have experienced Volvo servicing, and this place is a big step up from the Volvo service centre.

Good service. The lady explained to me details before repair as requested by me. Although it took an extra 3 hours, they updated me regularly. BSM system is working smoothly. One star less because i got some minor scratches on the back side and right side of the car during repair. Overall I am satisfied with service and would choose again for service.

Purchased our car at AMR in 2016. Always had it serviced at their service centre. Express Service is the way to go. Nice waiting area to work and have a coffee. Great team working there.

Very professional, addressed my issue with my brand new 2020 Mazda3 istop the first time (unlike the dealer close to my home in the lower north shore, see my other review). Darro Lee took care to listen to my concerns and also addressed a slight panel misalignment. Although not the closest to my place, I'll be bringing my Mazda3 to AMR from hereon! PS> They even gave me one of their spare offices to work from as I was on duty for work that day!

Drop off area should be brighter, just to Fair also to protect yourself aswell as the customers. When I drop off the car, a friendly staff member walked around with me to inspect the car, I've been told it's very hard to see because of indoor. Does it mean all these scratches was happen before the service? I never polish the car, only simply wash. Sadly end up scratches after the 3rd service. went back to the service centre, they only polished certain part, the staff said if it's didn't damage the paint the scratches will not come back, I asked them what else they can do to remove the scratches beside polish, the staff said nothing else they can do with that. Extremely disappointed.
